Round the Clock Assistance

We provide round-the-clock support for your guests’ reservation from the instant they decide to stay. Once booked they receive up-to-date directions, information on parking, amenities, local attractions, and check-in instructions so they have all the details they need for a smooth stay. We also have trained staff contacts to look after the guests should anything occur during their stay, with quick responses and suitable solutions planned for in advance.
